We are kind of known for Pizza,
It all started with a buying trip to the Piedmonte in Italy, in a previous life and the amazing wood fired "Pizza" we were served in the staff car park at the end of the day, thinking it was something special for us until the owner said "No we do this every day" hooked us on how honest great ingredients can make special meals.
We slow ferment our dough and its the exact same dough we serve at all the weddings and private events we attend, and our soon to open restaurant, The same is true with our Tomato Sauce, its Italian Tomatoes and a hint of seasoning. Our mozzarella is the best for balance we can source that we simply hand tear for an authentic irregular cook - please don't say grated!... Oh and we don't do Pineapple
